Before driving we have to consider about rules & regulation of driving.
Because it's very important to safety of our lives...

I completely agree with you Mendy. These rules and regulations are there for our own good. They may overwhelm people who are learning to drive for the first time (esp. when preparing for the theory test!) but soon, they become second nature.... Smile

But every once in a while, we hear news of bicyclists wrecking havoc as well! There have been many incidents where cyclists were found to flaunt the traffic rules and were caught riding their cycles on the road for automobiles. When admonished for this, many cyclists have used expletives and other aggressive behavior to prove their point.

Right of way rules are generally misunderstood and there are situations where rules may not be clear to everyone. If uncertainty is there about a particular vehicle one should have a vehicle and right to way which can be given to other driver.

I completely agree with Mendy because safety is the first thing one should keep in mind before learning driving. Driving comes from person's inner side, its just bringing your instincts out. A quote illustrates it:
"And suddenly I realised that I was no longer driving the car consciously. I was driving it by a kind of instinct, only I was in a different dimension."

Drivers should carefully plan their trips, and instead of going out on just one errand, they should handle multiple errands on one trip. Mass transit and carpooling are also better ways to save fuel.

Following certain rules in driving can prevent any accidents. Being a driver myself, I can say that when you break any of these rules certain consequences will eventually follow...

Yes I have serious problems with bicyclists in the USA. In my state they have the same rules and responsibilities as motor vehicles. Unfortunately they only tend to use these rules when it is to their advantage. They will block a 45-55mph road at 15mph because they can!!! They will disregard stop signs and red lights because they would be inconvenienced to stop and have to shift their gears!!! They will use pedestrian crosswalks to beat a red light!!! They will ride on pedestrian sidewalks when they have bicycle lanes available!!! ARRRRRRRH!!! Twice I have almost hit a bicyclist riding the wrong way in a bicycle lane!!! More than twice I have almost hit a bicyclist riding on pedestrian sidewalks and literally shooting across intersections without looking for motor vehicles!!! I have to appologize. I forgot that bicyclists are not using fossil fuel, are saving our planet, and are therefore entitled, elite pieces of sh*t!!! Along with Prius drivers.
