Hello Naideck. Welcome here and best of luck with your driving test.

ST has already stressed some excellent points. I'd just like to add a few things to remember about turning:

- If you are turning left into another street, stay in the left lane or keep to the left side of the road. (for right turn, stay on right)
- As you approach the turning, slow down your speed.
- Keep a look out for pedestrians on the footpath as well as vehicles coming along the road on which you’re turning.

I'd like to add two more that I can think of:

[*:2331a5e0b5]They speed because they are afraid of the cars behind them. They know that some drivers will do mean things if they are slowed down, so they break the speed limit to avoid them.
[list=a:2331a5e0b5][*:2331a5e0b5]Example: A car is traveling at the speed limit of 35 down a long, two-lane windy road that doesn't allow any passing. Another car quickly approaches from behind, obviously going way over the speed limit. (Otherwise they

I wonder if they have a job for someone good at driving therapy... sort of like a psychologist specializing in the mindset of drivers on the road! You could easily qualify for the job you know... :)

On a serious note, what you're suggesting is basically a matter of discipline and organization and I agree that half of our road problems (and stress) would be reduced if only we stuck to those qualities.

Ever since the incident, I have lost confidence in driving. I am constantly scared of somebody hitting me from back and my hands are shaking even while I am driving on open roads.I don't understand. How has this caused you to lose confidence? You did nothing wrong. It was the other operator's fault in the eyes of the law (for lawsuits) and in the eyes of insurance companies (for insurance claims).

How can I overcome the fear. It seems, the more I drive the more I become less confident in m

How to obey the speed limit without difficulty

If you are trying to obey the speed limit, it can be hard to keep the perfect speed just by using your foot. It can be difficult or even dangerous to keep looking down at your dashboard to see how fast you are going. There is a way to reduce the danger of constantly looking at the speedometer and allow you to easily stay at the speed limit at the same time.

It’s an interesting job, but there are many pros and cons with that like some times I have to face problems because of speed cameras. Do you people have any idea from where can I be saved from such mysterious traps and also abide traffic rules like a good citizen, cause being a citizen is also our primary job. Thanks for your help in advance.
What are the problems that you are facing because of the speed cameras?

When should I get my license?

Perhaps you should wonder why you need a license to drive when you have a right to travel. See this link for more info: http://www.apfn.org/apfn/travel.htm If that doesn't bother you, then you might as well get one as soon as you can. It gives you legal permission to "drive" to your friends' houses and job sites. However, if you live in an area with a mass-transit system (trains and buses that can take you anywhere you need to go), then you have a way around the whole rights issue.
