U did a great mistake by driving 20 miles.. i'm sure u should have worn out your tires and it would have cost u more.

Ha .. Really a pity..
But for a driver , to know the basics of changing tyres is very important.. It will come handy when things go mad like this...

I am glad you made it home OK. Things do happens ometimes beyond our control, but I would check all my tires out really well if I were you. Blowouts generally don't happen when tires are still good, though it is possible.

I know...! I don't have the foggiest as how to change a tyre! When I asked my instructor to teach me, he said: "all u have to do is to stand there on the road and hope some gentleman will be kind enough to stop!" Rolling Eyes

I know better now (damn that instructor!)...so I just keep the breakdown company's number handy just in case! Wink
