I KNEW I liked you for some reason
ever since I started looking at a replacement for my truck 3 years ago, i've been in love with EG civic hatchbacks. The curves are rockin, and I know from experience that you can fit 6 eight foot 2x6 boards inside one.
They are really hard to find up here in the cold north, so I ended up paying near blue-book for mine after searching for a month and a half within a 400 mile radius.
When I found it, I called the guy once every half hour until he picked up the phone and told him I'd give him $50 just to hold the car for two days. (he thought I was nuts) By the time I showed up at his door, he had written down 15 names and phone numbers to people that wanted the car before he stopped listening to the messages.
I then managed to talk hime out of $150 cus the ignition switch was messed up. (he had a new ignition which I sold on Ebay for $70) |

I love EGs as well, but I will take a coupe over a hatch anyday, so I love EJ1s. I have a '94 EX with pretty much only suspenstion parts, and let me tell you, this thing is a blast to drive! With a rear swaybar, it handles really good, and still is very predictable. |
