buy a car DVD player or not?

I am going to purchase a DVD player with all the gps navgation, Bluetooth added extras fit my ford car, and I have chosen one type, but I didn't know which one is better online!

This one is Support GPS, Bluetooth, IPOD, TV, Radio, MP3/MP4, DVD, Wheel Steering control, but it looks old and the color does not match my car.

Its built-in GPS navigation system and Bluetooth for hand free, compatible with mp3/mp4/DVD/, SD card slot, support mp3/mp4/Divx/WM. Although it is fully functional, but there is not detailed picture of this product on website.
So, which one I should buy?
